What size groups can you accommodate?
We can accommodate groups of any size up to 5,000 in a day!
My group or organization is too busy running our day to day operations, but we would like to have a party to thank all of those who work so hard, can you assist us?
Yes! We have thought about this a lot, so many businesses, groups, and organizations are running full tilt all the time right now. How do reward those that make it happen without placing additional work of party planning? From invitations and releases to sign ups, all the way through clean-up and tear down we can do it all! Just contact our event planner who will take the time necessary to gather all the information and put together a party plan tailored for you!
Do you offer things to make my event special?
Yes! We now offer custom printed shirts, hats, key chains, etc. tailored to your event, ask our planner for details.
Do you handle food and beverages?
Yes! We have our own in-house catering now with great food and drink options! We also partner with any of our preferred caterers in the area if need be.
How do I pay for my event?
It’s easy, We require a 50% deposit at time of actual booking and 14 days prior to the event a final persons tally and balance are due. After the party we can settle up on any misc. or incidentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
An event can be canceled up to 14 days in advance, the deposit is all that will be charged.
We would like to bring in additional entertainment i.e. clowns, magician, pony rides, balloon artist, make up artist etc. is that possible?
